Green Forest Construction builds residential new homes and commercial buildings in Georgia & Alabama with a focus on economic sustainability. Our primary goal is to construct quality homes and commercial buildings while limiting the long term cost of ownership through reduction in maintenance and efficiency costs. First, we focus on using superior techniques and craftsmanship by selecting quality material and labor suppliers. Then, we build each home to a higher energy efficient standard. We save you money each day of ownership without charging you for our efforts. In turn, your costs of ownership are reduced by fewer callbacks, less maintenance and reduced energy use.
Our research shows that in the coming months, energy costs (gas, electric, water, etc.) will increase. Our business philosophy is that we owe it to you to build an energy efficient, quality constructed structure while keeping the cost of the energy efficient items at a minimum. |
