you in plan selection/design.

If you do not already own a tract of land and have
one in mind already, we can assist you through our real estate
brokerage to purchase the tract and assist you in ensuring items
such as soil suitability, plan fit, covenants review, etc. If you do
not have a real estate agent representing you, we can save you money
in the purchase of the tract through negotiation of the Selling Side
commission.

If you have only an idea of the area you would
like to live, we can offer our opinions and assist you to study the
market characteristics to assist you in determining the value of
your desired location.

We can set you up with an architect to have a plan
drawn from scratch.

We can price any plan given a set of
features/characteristics decided upon by you.
